Main point of contact for key clients resolve clearance-related issues/concerns

CHA documentation including BoE, invoices, packing lists, etc.& ensure compliance with import regulations/DGFT/customs

Coordinate with customs/shipping lines/transporters

Required Candidate profile

At least 3 years of hands-on experience in CHA import documentation, customs procedures & client servicing

Robust knowledge of customs clearance procedures/HS codes/GST

Familiarity with ICEGATE/EDI
