About Our Cli ent :

Our client is an AI-powered finance automation platform that streamlines and modernizes financial operations, offering a unified solution integrating bill payments, smart banking, AI-driven accounting, expense management, and treasury service .

What you’ll get to do in this role:

● Own end-to-end implementation for new customers, from kickoff to go-live.

● Conduct detailed process discovery sessions to understand customers' finance, procurement, approval, payment and accounting workflows.

● Take a consultative approach to solution design, recommending best practices instead of simply replicating existing processes.

● Configure based on customer requirements, including approval workflows, accounting rules, users, roles, and integrations.

● Work closely with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to resolve implementation blockers.





● Lead customer training sessions and enable finance teams to confidently use the platform.

● Drive project timelines, communicate progress proactively, and ensure successful go-live.

● Identify opportunities for process improvement and product adoption during implementation.

● Build implementation playbooks and contribute to continuously improving onboarding quality and speed.

We’re looking for someone who:

● Has 1–4 years of experience in implementation, solutions consulting, pre-sales, experience in B2B Saas/ERP space

● Can discover business processes quickly and translate them into scalable product configurations. ● Has excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

● Is comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, and integration documentation to enable seamless ERP/Bank and third-party system integrations.

● Is comfortable troubleshooting data import, sync, and integration issues by collaborating with Engineering.

● Possess a strong understanding of JSON, CSV, APIs, and basic data transformation concepts to support implementation and onboarding.

● Has robust analytical and structured problem-solving skills.

● Enjoys consulting with customers and challenging inefficient processes.

● Takes ownership and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

● Has a B.Tech degree (must have)

● Can bring order to chaos
