We are looking for an enthusiastic Immigration Counsellor to join our expanding team.

Job Summary

As an Immigration Counsellor, you will assess client profiles, explain suitable immigration pathways, and guide applicants through the immigration process. You will be responsible for converting enquiries into clients while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel clients on immigration programs and visa options.
- Assess client eligibility for Australia PR, Canada PR, Visitor Visas, Work Visas, and other immigration pathways.
- Explain immigration procedures, documentation requirements, timelines, and eligibility criteria.
- Assist clients with documentation and application processes.
- Follow up with enquiries and convert leads into successful cases.




- Coordinate with internal case processing teams.
- Maintain accurate client records and update CRM regularly.
- Build long-term client relationships through professional guidance.
- Participate in seminars, webinars, and promotional activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 0–2 years of experience in Immigration Counselling, Visa Consultancy, Sales, or Customer Service.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong counselling and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of immigration and visa processes.
- Excellent follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in an Immigration Consultancy.
- Knowledge of Australia PR, Canada PR, Visitor Visa, Work Visa, and Student Visa processes.
- Understanding of points-based immigration systems.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and customer service skills.
