Job Overview

We are looking for a Sales Executive – Immigration Counselor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong sales, communication, counseling, lead conversion, and customer relationship management skills.

As an Immigration Counselor / Sales Executive, you will be responsible for counseling prospective clients regarding overseas jobs, work visas, immigration programs, and international opportunities, understanding their requirements, and converting qualified leads into successful customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and follow up with immigration and visa leads generated through digital marketing, calls, WhatsApp, and other sources.
- Counsel clients regarding overseas employment, work visas, immigration programs, and international opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements, eligibility, career goals, and preferred destination.
- Explain immigration processes, services, eligibility criteria, documentation, timelines, and fees clearly.
- Convert qualified leads into customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Conduct regular follow-ups through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.




- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information throughout the sales process.
- Maintain and update lead information, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with documentation, visa processing, and operations teams when required.
- Track sales pipeline, conversion rates, follow-ups, and daily performance.
- Meet individual and team sales targets and revenue goals.
- Stay updated on immigration services, visa categories, and overseas job opportunities.
