Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM/software tools.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
- Freshers are welcome; prior experience in sales, customer service, telecalling, immigration, or international processes is an advantage.
- Candidates must be comfortable working in rotational shifts based on international business requirements.
