Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Coder to join our healthcare team. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing medical records, assigning appropriate diagnosis and procedure codes, and ensuring compliance with coding guidelines and healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

- Review and analyze patient medical records and documentation.
- Assign accurate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes.
- Ensure coding compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Identify and resolve coding discrepancies.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and billing teams to ensure accurate claim submissions.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and data security.
- Stay updated with the latest coding guidelines and regulatory changes.

Requirements





- Certification in Medical Coding is preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good communication and computer proficiency.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
