Experience: Freshers / Experienced (0 -3) Yrs

Work Mode: Work From Office

Shift Timings: 9:00am - 6:30pm

Job Responsibilities

Handle outbound collection calls for the Banking domain.

Record customer interactions accurately in the CRM/call log.

Follow up with customers and provide timely call-backs.

Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently.

Maintain a customer-focused approach while achieving collection targets.

Adapt quickly and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Key Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.

Minimum graduate from any recognized education board in India (Arrears acceptable).

Strong communication skills and fluency in one or more of the following languages:

DRA Certified or NON DRA

English + Telugu

English + Hindi

English + Malayalam

English + Kannada
