Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound & outbound calls with international customers
- Resolve queries related to billing, accounts, and services
- Deliver excellent customer experience with clear communication
- Update customer details in CRM systems
- Follow quality standards and company policies

Location: Bengaluru (Work from Office) Salary: Up to 6.5 LPA + Incentives

Shift: Rotational / Night Shift

Work Days: 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Offs

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline
- Freshers or minimum 1 year experience in BPO/Voice process
- Excellent English communication skills
- Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts
