ROLE: Delivery Operations

LOCATION: Chennai

Job descriptions:

- Manage end-to-end Finance & Accounting operations across one or more processes such as R2R, P2P, O2C, AP, AR, General Ledger, Financial Reporting, FP&A; or Treasury.
- Lead and manage finance operations teams and ensure achievement of agreed SLAs, KPIs, productivity and quality targets.
- Own daily, weekly and monthly operational governance and performance management.
- Monitor process metrics including productivity, accuracy, TAT, SLA adherence, quality and backlog.
- Manage month-end, quarter-end and year-end financial activities within agreed timelines.
- Ensure effective execution of reconciliations, journal entries, accounting transactions, invoice processing, cash application, collections, billing or other relevant finance processes.
- Drive root-cause analysis and resolution of process exceptions, errors and operational issues.
- Manage client escalations and maintain effective relationships with global stakeholders.
- Prepare and present MIS, dashboards, operational reports and management review packs.
- Drive process standardization, documentation and adherence to SOPs and internal controls.
- Identify opportunities for automation,



digitization, process re-engineering and productivity improvement.
- Support transitions, migrations, stabilization and implementation of current finance processes.
- Collaborate with Finance, Quality, HR, WFM, Technology and other support functions.
- Manage resource allocation, capacity planning, utilization and workforce requirements.
- Coach and mentor team members and drive performance, engagement and career development.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, financial controls and client-specific requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
- Support cost optimization and operational efficiency initiatives.
