Process: HR Recruiter / Tele caller

Location: Ambegaon Bk, Pune

Responsibilities:

- Call candidates and explain job opportunities
- Screen profiles as per requirements
- Schedule interviews and follow-ups
- Maintain candidate database and records

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum Qualification: HSC (12th Pass)
- Freshers & experienced both can apply
- Basic communication skills in Hindi & Marathi
- Basic computer knowledge

Salary & Perks:

- Salary: 10,000 - 15,000 (In-hand)
- Incentives based on performance

Work Details:

- Shift Timings: 9:00AM - 6:00PM
- Weekly Off: Sunday Fixed
