Role Overview

We are looking for high-impact Demo Trainers who can deliver engaging product/course demonstrations and drive conversions through effective follow-ups. This role requires a strong blend of training delivery, consultative selling, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Demo Delivery

● Conduct end-to-end product/course demos for prospective students/customers

● Personalize demos based on learner needs, goals, and profile

● Clearly communicate the value proposition and outcomes

● Handle live objections confidently during the demo

2. Sales Conversion

● Drive enrollments/conversions from assigned demo leads

● Build urgency and guide prospects toward decision-making

● Maintain high conversion ratios through structured selling

3. Follow-ups & Lead Management

● Execute timely and strategic follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, email

● Track and manage leads in CRM

● Ensure no lead leakage and maintain pipeline hygiene

4. Consultative Selling

● Understand customer goals, challenges,



and motivations

● Recommend the right product/course based on fit

● Build trust and long-term relationships with prospects

Required Skills & Competencies

● Solid communication and presentation skills

● Proven sales acumen (objection handling, closing techniques)

● Ability to create engagement and FOMO during demos

● High ownership and accountability for revenue targets

● Structured follow-up discipline

● Active listening and need analysis

Preferred Experience

● Prior experience in demo-based selling (IELTS/PTE/online courses preferred)

Key Metrics (KPIs)

● Demo-to-conversion rate

● Revenue generated

● Follow-up adherence & lead response time

● Demo quality (feedback scores)
