- 8-Bed ICU
- 10-Bed Emergency Department (EMD)

Position ICU Intensivist

Qualification

- MD / DNB with Fellowship in Critical Care

OR
- MEM (Masters in Emergency Medicine)

OR
- Candidates with a recognized Critical Care Fellowship may also apply

Registration

- Valid NMC / State Medical Council Registration

Experience

- Experienced candidates preferred
- Fellowship-trained candidates are encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities

- Independently manage critically ill patients in the ICU
- Assess, stabilize, and treat emergency and critically ill patients
- Manage ventilators, invasive monitoring, and hemodynamic support
- Perform ICU procedures including intubation, central venous catheterization, arterial line insertion, and emergency airway management
- Handle sepsis, shock, respiratory failure, poisoning, trauma, and multi-organ dysfunction cases
- Coordinate with consultants, emergency physicians, surgeons, and nursing staff for comprehensive patient care




- Maintain accurate ICU documentation, progress notes, and discharge summaries
- Ensure adherence to infection control protocols, ICU guidelines, and patient safety standards

Skills Required

- Strong knowledge of Critical Care Medicine and Emergency Management
- Expertise in ventilator management and life support protocols
- Excellent clinical decision-making and communication skills
- Qualified, ethical, and patient-centric approach
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary ICU team
