Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Monitor patient vital signs, lab results, and other data to identify potential complications or changes in condition.
- Perform various medical procedures such as IV insertion, medication administration, and wound care.
Job Requirements :
- 2-4 years of experience as a Staff Nurse in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
- Current registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) or equivalent regulatory body.
- Strong knowledge of GNM nursing principles and practices.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a rapid-paced environment.
