Location: Salem, Tamil Nadu/ Aizawl, Mizoram, India

Duration: 11 months (Intermittent Input)

Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in IT/Biomedical Engineering, or related field.

Overall Professional Experience

- Minimum 7 years of skilled experience in ICT or related support roles.
- Experience in general IT operations, including hardware support, network troubleshooting, and basic software configuration.
- Hands-on experience in maintaining and supporting equipment in healthcare environments is preferable.

Role & Responsibilities General Responsibilities:

- Provide general ICT support for the project, ensuring that all IT infrastructure, hardware, and systems are functioning correctly.
- Assist senior engineers in troubleshooting and resolving basic ICT issues in hardware/software.
- Provide basic IT helpdesk support for hospital management systems and other IT-related operations.
- Help maintain records of all IT assets,



ensuring their proper inventory management and operational efficiency.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of ICT systems, ensuring proper functionality and minimal downtime.

Project Support

- Support senior ICT engineers and technicians in reviewing data collection reports and assessing the current status of IT operations at the project sites.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, documenting progress, and assessing equipment/software skills for project cost estimation.
- Survey and evaluate relevant laws, standards, and health mission regulations to ensure project compliance.

Maintenance & Documentation

- Assist in maintaining records of all ICT-related assets, software, and hardware.
- Assist in the preparation of technical specifications for IT equipment and software used in the project.
- Ensure proper documentation of all ICT maintenance and support activities.
