Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in IT/ Biomedical Engineering.
- Certifications in healthcare IT preferred.

Overall Professional Experience

- Minimum 7 years in ICT support or hospital management systems.
- Proven experience supporting the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT systems within a healthcare workplace.
- Ability to assist senior engineers in performing assessments of hospital management system implementations and gather data on operational efficiency.

Role & Responsibilities General Responsibilities:

- Assist senior engineers to review the current hospital management system (HMIS) and gather data about hardware/software configuration, network infrastructure, and operational readiness.
- Perform regular maintenance and system updates to ensure continuous operation of hospital IT systems.
- Assist in surveying existing ICT infrastructure at healthcare facilities and evaluate their suitability for integration into the project.
- Support user training programs for hospital staff on IT-related systems,



ensuring proper usage of the hospital management system.
- Provide basic troubleshooting and resolve issues related to hospital management IT systems (HMIS).
- Support the senior ICT engineer in preparing documentation related to technical specifications of ICT works.
- Conduct inspections and help prepare progress/completion reports for ICT engineering work.

Assist In Project Implementation

- Assist in reviewing existing software and systems in use at hospitals, evaluating their implementation success/progress, and recommending improvements.
- Prepare schematic drawings and calculation sheets for hardware, software, training, and operational requirements for hospital IT systems.
- Support the senior ICT engineer in reviewing and preparing reports for obtaining approvals from the facility team leader and PMU.

Compliance & Documentation

- Assist in ensuring that all IT systems and implementations adhere to relevant national health standards, regulations, and guidelines.
- Help in the preparation of tender documents and the technical specification for ICT works.
- Review laws, Government of India (GOI) health mission regulations, and standards for compliance with the proposed hospital management system (HMIS).
