Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues in a timely manner.

Responsibility

- We are looking for a skilled Application Support Engineer with robust expertise in banking and financial services applications including SWIFT, SFMS, NEFT/RTGS, Export/Import operations, and Finacle platforms.

- The candidate must have hands-on experience with middleware components such as IBM MQ, JBoss,



Apache Tomcat, and Java.

- Experience in adhering to ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 27001 standards, and following established IT policies and procedures, is essential.

- This role involves real-time monitoring, incident resolution, performance optimization, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless application functionality and high availability.
