"Resource will work in L3 Production support as Lead for Astra IBM sterling Integrator .Will be supporting L3 activities as part of Production support

L3 Support

-Technical Skills Mandatory -IBM Sterling Integrator,

Desirable- ITIL certified ,Unix,Oracle

- L2/L3 Supporting and maintaining the banks systems on a day-to-day basis -Monitoring and troubleshooting Root Cause Analysis

- Performing deployments to key production systems in line with the schedule of change
- Providing input/Support into release planning
- Documenting procedures and ensuring current procedures are up to date
- Ensuring application operational documentation is kept up to date and is relevant
- Ensuring Servers are patched on time and following the schedule -Manage Backlogs- RITMs/INCS/PRBs

- Managing SSL/TLS Certificates -Able to handle Client, BAU tasks like Setting up current transmissions, Key rotations, Passowrd updates etc
