Expected to Lead and build the IAM Solutions Practice in India

Full time permanent position

8-10+ years of system integration project lifecycle experience, including software development activities. Solid IT security experience is a plus

Participated in 1-2 implementation cycles of an IGA solution from vendors such as One Identity, SailPoint, Saviynt, Ping Identity, CyberArk or other leading IAM platforms

IAM practice setup and technical team management experience (must), play a mentor to build the team and the Practice

Previous work experience and solid knowledge of Microsoft directory services

Ability and willingness to develop platform, protocol, and business expertise ambition to grow a team and eagerness to learn and improve preference for teamwork, good time management, effective and appropriate communication, and interpersonal skills

High sense of ownership and responsibility

Good command of written and spoken English.

Good understanding of German is seen as an additional plus
