Role Description The Hydraulic Network Modeler will be responsible for developing, calibrating, and maintaining hydraulic models for water supply, wastewater, and related utility networks. Day-to-day tasks include collecting and validating network data, performing hydraulic and hydrologic analyses, running simulations, and preparing technical reports and drawings.

The role involves collaborating with survey teams and engineers to integrate field survey data into models, verifying network performance, and supporting design and optimization of pipelines, pump stations, and distribution systems.

Modeler will also assist in preparing project documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant standards,



and presenting findings to internal and external stakeholders. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jodhpur.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in hydraulic and hydrologic principles, including pipeline flow, pressure management, and network analysis.
- Experience with hydraulic modeling software (e.g., EPANET, WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS, InfoWorks, or similar tools).
- Working knowledge of GIS and CAD tools for integrating spatial data and preparing network layouts and drawings.
- Ability to collect, interpret, and validate field survey and asset data in collaboration with survey teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis, problem-solving, and preparing clear technical reports and visualizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary project teams.
- Attention to detail, robust organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Familiarity with relevant Indian and international standards for water and wastewater infrastructure is an advantage.
- Prior experience in utility or infrastructure projects, particularly in hydraulic modeling or network design, is preferred.
