Job Summary The HVAC Technician is responsible for installation, operation, monitoring, and maintenance of HVAC systems, including chiller plants, to ensure efficient and uninterrupted cooling and ventilation services. Key Responsibilities

- Perform routine inspection, preventive maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.

- Operate and maintain chiller plants, AHUs, FCUs, cooling towers, and associated equipment.

- Diagnose HVAC system faults and carry out corrective actions promptly.

- Monitor system performance to ensure optimal efficiency and compliance with standards.

- Maintain logs and records of maintenance activities and system performance.

- Coordinate with supervisors and external service providers for specialized repairs.





- Ensure adherence to safety practices and statutory regulations.

- Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC equipment when required.

Educational Qualifications

- ITI in HVAC or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Professional Experience

- Minimum 6 years of experience as an HVAC Technician.

- Hands-on experience in HVAC maintenance and chiller plant operations is mandatory.

Skills And Competencies

- Robust knowledge of HVAC systems, chiller plants, and refrigeration cycles.

- Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment effectively.

- Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices and tools.

- Understanding of safety standards and energy efficiency practices.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team.
