Qualification:

- ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- Relevant HVAC certifications will be an added advantage.

Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Operator to join a reputed Facility Management Organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting HVAC systems to ensure smooth and uninterrupted building operations. The candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of HVAC equipment and be committed to maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor HVAC systems, including Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV systems, Cooling Towers, Pumps, and Air Conditioning units.
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance as per maintenance schedules.
- Monitor system performance and identify operational abnormalities.
- Attend HVAC breakdowns and carry out troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Inspect HVAC equipment regularly to ensure efficient operation.
- Maintain daily operation logs, maintenance records, and equipment checklists.




- Coordinate with maintenance teams and vendors for repairs and servicing activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of plant rooms and HVAC equipment.
- Report major equipment failures and recommend corrective actions.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and refrigeration principles.
- Experience in operating Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV systems, Cooling Towers, and Pumps.
- Positive understanding of preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Basic electrical troubleshooting knowledge.
- Ability to read technical drawings and equipment manuals.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years of experience in HVAC operations within commercial buildings, IT Parks, Hospitals, Malls, Airports, Manufacturing Plants, or Corporate Offices.
- Hands-on experience in facility management operations.
- Good communication skills and a proactive approach to maintenance activities.

Salary: Best in the Industry Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
