Position: HVAC Engineer Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

About the Position

We are looking for a agile and experienced HVAC Engineer to join our project team in Bengaluru. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing HVAC designs,

supervising site execution, and ensuring that all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, tender documents, and project specifications.

Eligibility

 Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

 Experience: Minimum 10 Years in HVAC Design Review and Site Execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Review HVAC design drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
- Verify HVAC designs for compliance with tender requirements, applicable

codes, and engineering standards.
- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems.
- Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings, technical

specifications, and tender documents.
- Coordinate with Architects, Structural Engineers, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire

Fighting, and other project stakeholders.
- Review material submittals and technical data sheets.
- Monitor quality, progress,



and safety during execution.
- Identify design or site-related issues and recommend suitable technical

solutions.
- Prepare inspection reports, progress reports, and snag lists.
- Assist in project planning, execution monitoring, and final handover.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of VRF/VRV Systems, Chilled Water Systems, AHU, FCU,

Ventilation, Pressurization, Smoke Extraction, and HVAC Controls.
- Knowledge of NBC, IS Codes, ASHRAE standards, and HVAC design

principles.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Experience in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Revit MEP and Navisworks will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience
- Commercial, Institutional, Healthcare, Industrial, or Government Building

Projects.
- Experience with PMC, EPC, or Design Consultancy organizations will be

preferred. Pay: ₹9,580.10 - ₹50,899.34 per month
