HR Recruiter Specialist – Psychology

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented HR Recruiter Specialist with an educational background in Psychology to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will combine HR knowledge with an understanding of human behavior, employee motivation, communication, and workplace relationships.

The HR Specialist will support recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, employee relations, and other HR activities while helping create a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

A. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
- Assess candidates using structured interviews and behavioral assessment techniques.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment documentation.
- Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.

B. Employee Relations & Engagement

- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related concerns and workplace matters.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and workplace well-being programs.
- Help identify and address employee concerns while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Promote positive communication and healthy workplace relationships.

C. Psychology-Based HR Support





- Apply principles of psychology to understand employee behavior, motivation, communication, and workplace dynamics.
- Support behavioral and competency-based interviews.
- Assist with employee satisfaction surveys and organizational culture initiatives.
- Contribute to conflict-resolution and team-development activities.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Organizational Psychology, or a related field .
- Previous experience in HR, recruitment, employee relations, talent acquisition, or a related role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of human behavior and interpersonal communication.
- Knowledge of HR practices and employment processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; experience with HRIS or recruitment software is an advantage.
