Role Description The Human Resources Specialist will manage day-to-day HR operations for DexLabs AI Education’s on-site team in Lucknow in a full-time capacity.

Responsibilities include supporting recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, and assisting in performance management processes. The role involves administering employee benefits, ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor regulations, and addressing employee queries and concerns in a professional, inclusive manner.



The specialist will help develop and implement HR initiatives that support a positive workplace culture, coordinate HR-related training, and collaborate with leadership to align HR practices with organizational goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management skills.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Management and HR Policies development and implementation.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Employee Benefits administration and related compliance.
- Relevant skills such as conflict resolution, employee relations, and organizational development are beneficial.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Experience in an education or edtech workplace and familiarity with local labor laws in India is preferred.
