Role Description The Human Resources Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining personnel records, and ensuring compliance with company HR policies and local regulations. The specialist will support employee relations, coordinate performance management processes, and assist with training and development initiatives.

Responsibilities also include administering employee benefits, handling HR documentation, and providing guidance to managers and team members on HR-related matters. The role requires regular collaboration with internal stakeholders to support a positive, fair, and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management,



with experience handling core HR functions.
- Ability to develop, implement, and communicate HR Policies that align with legal requirements and company values.
- Experience with Employee Benefits administration, including enrollment, queries, and compliance.
- Proficiency in Personnel Management, including maintaining accurate records and supporting employee lifecycle processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices relevant to the Indian context.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Proficiency with HR software and MS Office tools.
- Prior experience in an on-site HR role is preferred.
