Role Description Position: HR Executive – HR Operations Location: Moshi, Pune, Maharashtra

Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and skills As UrjaNXT continues to grow, we are strengthening our HR function and looking for an HR Executive – HR Operations who can take ownership of day-to-day HR operations and help build structured HR processes. The role will be responsible for managing employee records, attendance and leave, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, performance management, employee engagement, HR documentation, and employee lifecycle activities from onboarding handover through exit.

Key Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day HR operations, employee records, HR documentation, attendance, leave, and HRMS.

- Prepare and coordinate payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, incentives, reimbursements, and salary revisions.




- Handle and coordinate statutory compliance activities related to PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, and applicable labour laws.
- Maintain statutory records and support compliance audits.
- Coordinate probation reviews, confirmations, performance appraisals, KPI/KRA processes, increments, and promotions.
- Coordinate employee training, engagement activities, and employee relations matters.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and HR-related documentation.
- Prepare HR MIS, reports, dashboards, and management updates.
- Manage employee exit processes including resignation, clearance, relieving and experience letters, and Full & Final Settlement coordination.
- Support implementation, documentation, and continuous improvement of HR policies and processes.

Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.

- 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, or a similar HR role.
- Hands-on experience in payroll coordination and statutory compliance will be preferred.
- Working knowledge of PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and applicable labour laws.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, HR documentation, and HRMS.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential employee information.
- Ability to independently manage multiple HR activities and coordinate with different departments.
- Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or project-based organization will be an added advantage.
