We are a leading Plastic & Engineering manufacturing company based in Vadodara, Gujarat, looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings and candidate sourcing

Conduct interviews and coordinate the selection process

Handle PF (Provident Fund) and ESIC compliance and documentation

Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures

Support overall HR operations and employee relations

What We're Looking For

Prior experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing setup

Robust knowledge of statutory compliance (PF/ESIC)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage HR functions end-to-end

Salary Range : ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
