Role Description This full time, on-site Human Resources Specialist role is based in Delhi, India.

The Human Resources

Specialist will manage day-to-day HR activities, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment processes, coordinating onboarding, and assisting with performance management. The role includes implementing and updating HR policies, handling employee benefits administration, and supporting payroll-related documentation in collaboration with relevant teams. The specialist will address employee queries, support employee engagement initiatives,



and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards. The position requires close coordination with managers and employees to foster a fair, inclusive, and productive workplace.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Policies and Employee Benefits administration.
- Candidates should possess experience in Personnel Management and employee relations.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of local labor regulations and compliance requirements.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in HRIS or HR-related software and basic MS Office tools.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
