Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the hospital's business objectives.

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for clinical, non-clinical, and administrative positions.

- Manage employee onboarding, orientation, engagement, and retention initiatives.

- Oversee performance management, appraisal cycles, and career development programs.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and hospital HR policies.

- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary matters.

- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and best practices.

- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.

- Manage compensation, advantages, leave administration, and payroll coordination.





- Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for senior management.

- Support workforce planning and succession planning initiatives.

- Foster a positive work culture that promotes collaboration and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or Master's Degree in Human Resource Management.

- 13+ years of HR experience, preferably in the healthcare/hospital industry

.

- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and statutory regulations.

- Experience in managing large healthcare workforces is preferred.
