? Salary: Up to ₹45,000 per month

Are you passionate about building high-performing teams, driving employee engagement, and creating strong HR systems? We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join one of our fast-growing clients in the healthcare sector.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Drive performance management, KRAs/KPIs, and appraisal processes.
- Manage onboarding, training, employee development, and retention programs.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR best practices.
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary matters.
- Collaborate with department heads to support organizational growth and workforce planning.
- Maintain HRMIS, employee records, and HR analytics for informed decision-making.

✅ Desired Profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources,



Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Manager roles.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, performance management, HR operations, and employee engagement.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in healthcare, retail, or service industries will be an added advantage.
