Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and policy implementation. This role will manage HR processes, maintain compliance with employment laws and company guidelines, and support leadership with workforce planning and organisational development.

The Human Resources

Manager will address employee relations issues, facilitate training and development initiatives, and maintain accurate HR documentation and HRIS records. This is a full time, in office role based in Guwahati,



requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams and regular interaction with employees at all levels.

Qualifications

Robust HR operations and administration skills, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and HRIS usage.

Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, compliance requirements, and best practices in organisational development.

Ability to design and implement training, development, and engagement programs that support employee growth.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work on-site in Guwahati.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software tools; comfort with technology-driven environments.

Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.

Prior experience in a managerial HR role, preferably in a technology or services-oriented organisation.
