12–15 years of progressive HR leadership experience.

Minimum 7 years in a Technology/SaaS setting.

Demonstrated success in sales hiring and leadership recruitment.

Experience in HR business partnering, talent acquisition, HR operations, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.

Strong background in background verification, employment validation, and hiring governance.

Experience working with HRMS, ATS, and AI-enabled recruitment platforms.

Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or Law, along with a recognised HR certification.

Excellent communication skills and a strong ownership mindset.
