Role Description This is a full-time, in office Human Resources Manager role based in Kochi.

The Human Resources

Manager will oversee end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and supporting leadership with workforce planning.

Manager will manage payroll and benefits coordination, facilitate training and development initiatives, and promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with GoGeo Holidays’ service-focused values.



The position also requires regular collaboration with department heads to address staffing needs and support organizational growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in performance management, employee engagement, and conflict resolution.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR policy development, compliance with labor laws, and HR documentation.
- Candidates should possess skills in payroll coordination, benefits administration, and basic HR analytics.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and support leadership decisions.
- Relevant experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role, preferably within the service or travel industry, is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; HR certifications are an added advantage.
