This internship is designed for individuals who want hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced, skilled environment.

Work Location: Bangalore (WFO)

Duration: 2 Months

Stipend: 10k per month

Bonus: Deserving interns who exceed performance expectations will get a favorable Letter of Recommendation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through job portals, internal databases, social media platforms, and referrals
- Screen and shortlist resumes based on role requirements and hiring criteria
- Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidate suitability, interest, and availability




- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate trackers and recruitment dashboards
- Communicate professionally with candidates regarding interview updates, feedback, and next steps
- Support recruiters in meeting hiring targets and timelines
