Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team in day-to-day activities, including assisting with recruitment coordination, maintaining employee records, and helping implement HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include supporting onboarding processes, organizing HR documentation, assisting with employee engagement initiatives, and helping track attendance and leave data. The intern will collaborate with HR staff and other departments to address queries related to HR processes and employee benefits. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad,



requiring consistent presence at the office and active participation in HR operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) concepts and HR Management practices.
- Candidates should possess understanding of HR Policies and basic familiarity with Employee Benefits administration.
- Candidates should possess skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining records and supporting employee-related processes.
- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Candidates should possess valuable organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office or similar tools.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Interest in learning HR practices within a software development environment and willingness to work on-site in Hyderabad.
