Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support the People Operations function across Entrext’s distributed ecosystem. This volunteer, remote role involves assisting with HR documentation, helping maintain and refine HR policies, and supporting basic personnel and benefits-related processes for team members and contributors.

Day-to-day responsibilities may include organizing HR records, contributing to onboarding materials, drafting internal communications, and assisting with scheduling and coordination of meetings.



The intern will also help with research on best practices in HR, support initiatives that foster an inclusive and collaborative culture, and provide general administrative assistance to HR and leadership as needed.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) concepts and interest in people operations.
- Understanding of HR Management practices, including basic processes for recruitment, onboarding, and performance support.
- Ability to learn and contribute to HR Policies related to culture, conduct, and remote collaboration.
- Awareness of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management considerations in modern, versatile work environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Comfort with remote collaboration tools and the ability to work independently in a distributed team.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Demonstrated interest in startup ecosystems, digital products, or future-of-work models is highly beneficial.
