Role Overview We are looking for a highly experienced Talent Acquisition skilled with a strong background in Vendor Management and large-scale hiring through external staffing partners. The ideal candidate should have independently managed recruitment vendors and delivered hiring across Blue Collar, White Collar, Lateral, and Leadership positions.

Mandatory Requirements: 5-8 years of Talent Acquisition experience with solid expertise in Vendor Management. Strong experience in Vendor Management and handling multiple recruitment agencies/vendors. Hands-on experience hiring both Blue Collar and White Collar talent through vendor networks.

Hands-on experience in Sales Hiring through vendors, including field sales, channel sales, inside sales, business development, and frontline sales roles.



Proven expertise in lateral hiring as well as leadership hiring (Manager, Senior Manager, Director, and above).

Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment, including vendor coordination, stakeholder management, interview scheduling, offer management, and closures. Ability to drive hiring volumes while maintaining quality and turnaround time (TAT). Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable working in a quick-paced environment with multiple hiring priorities. Must be open to travel as per business requirement
