The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting and managing core Human Resource operations, including recruitment coordination, employee documentation, onboarding, communication, attendance coordination, and maintaining a structured work environment. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments within the organization.

Requirements

- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in: Human Resource Management Business Administration (HR) Psychology Management or related fields





- Robust communication and interpersonal skills

- Good organizational and coordination abilities

- Professional attitude and problem-solving approach

- Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment systems

- Ability to manage documentation and records efficiently

- Familiarity with tools such as Zoho Recruit, Zoho CRM, MS Excel, or Google Workspace will be an added advantage

- 0-2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, administration, or operations preferred

- Freshers with strong communication and organizational skills may also apply
