Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Support HR Business Partners in executing people initiatives aligned with business objectives.

- Assist in driving employee engagement, culture-building, and workplace experience programs.

- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation.

- Coordinate and support HR programs, events, and communication initiatives.

- Assist in talent development activities and Strategic initiatives.

- Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.

- Partner with various teams to gather employee feedback and support action planning.

- Assist in conducting surveys, analyzing employee insights, and identifying opportunities to enhance engagement and retention.
