We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR intern to assist the HR team with day-to-day administrative and operational activities. This internship is ideal for fresh graduates or students who are eager to gain hands-on exposure to core HR processes and develop a solid foundation in human resource management. Candidates with an academic background in psychology will be given preference.

Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Assist in maintaining and updating employee records in both physical and digital formats.

Support attendance tracking and basic leave management activities.

Help with recruitment-related tasks such as job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.

Assist in preparing, organizing, and maintaining HR documents and files.

Support onboarding activities and help with exit documentation when required.

Perform routine administrative and HR-related tasks as assigned by the team.
