Job Descriptions:

1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
2. Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives and effective communication.
3. Attendance Management, Leave Management and Hand on Experience with payroll
4. Handle employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent treatment in accordance with company policies.
5.



Develop and facilitate training programs to support employee development and compliance.
6. Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, maintaining HR policies and procedures.
7. Analyze HR metrics and develop reports to inform management decisions.
8. Collaborate with management to identify workforce needs and succession planning.
9. Familiar with the various HRMS Software.
10. Stay current with HR trends and best practices, recommending improvements as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
2. Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in Overseas industry.
3. Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and regulations.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
5. Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
