Role Description The Human Resources – Flowzo CRM role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai, responsible for supporting HR processes linked to the implementation and usage of Flowzo CRM within the organization. Day-to-day tasks include managing employee data and records in the CRM, coordinating recruitment and onboarding activities, and ensuring accurate mapping of HR workflows into the system.
The role involves administering HR policies, tracking employee perks and performance, and assisting with personnel management activities such as attendance, leave,
and disciplinary records. The individual will collaborate with HR leadership and other departments to optimize HR operations through Flowzo CRM, provide user support and training, and help generate HR reports and analytics for decision-making.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to align HR processes with CRM workflows.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, including practical experience implementing and administering them.
- Experience in Personnel Management, covering employee lifecycle activities such as recruitment, onboarding, performance tracking, and exit processes.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Flowzo or similar), and comfort working with software tools and data dashboards.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail and a process-driven mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in an HR operations or HRIS/HR systems role in a technology or product-driven environment is preferred.
