Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, and HR records. The role involves administering HR policies, supporting employee relations, coordinating performance review processes, and assisting in staffing and recruitment activities.

Executive will also help design and implement HR initiatives that promote a positive workplace, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and support organizational growth. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar,



requiring close collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to handle core HR functions effectively.
- Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including onboarding, documentation, HRIS usage, and maintaining employee records.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance requirements, with capability to implement and communicate policies clearly.
- Proven skills in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and fostering a positive work culture.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar and collaborate with teams at different levels of the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in an education, training, or tech-focused organization is beneficial.
