- Partner with business leaders and project managers to understand workforce requirements.

- Align HR initiatives with project timelines, business objectives, and organizational growth.

- Provide guidance workforce planning.

- Forecast manpower requirements for ongoing and upcoming projects.

- Coordinate recruitment with talent acquisition teams for engineering, project management, procurement, and site roles.

- Act as the primary HR contact for employees and managers.

- Resolve employee grievances
- Foster a positive work workplace across corporate offices and project sites.

- Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies.

- Help leaders manage workforce transitions effectively.

- Understand hiring requirements with hiring managers

- Create recruitment plans based on workforce needs.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions
