Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment processes, onboarding new team members, and coordinating documentation. This full-time, on-site role is based in Saki Naka Mumbai and involves implementing HR policies, assisting with performance management activities, and supporting compliance with labor laws and company standards.

The position will handle employee relations matters, address routine queries, and help drive engagement initiatives on the shop floor and in office settings.



The HR Executive will also collaborate with leadership to support workforce planning, training coordination, and HR reporting for management review.

Qualifications

- Strong HR Management and Human Resources (HR) knowledge, with experience in core HR functions.
- Hands-on HR Operations skills, including maintaining HR documentation, payroll inputs, and compliance processes.
- Experience managing Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, employee engagement, and communication with diverse teams.
- Ability to interpret, implement, and maintain HR Policies in line with organizational and legal requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Familiarity with Indian labor laws and statutory compliance relevant to manufacturing environments.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS or HR software tools, with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Effective interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to work in office in Chakan on a full-time basis.
