Role Overview:

We are hiring an HR Executive to manage HR operations, end-to-end recruitment , employee relations, and HR policies while supporting a positive and productive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle recruitment : sourcing, screening, interviews & onboarding
- Manage HR operations, documentation & employee records
- Maintain employee relations and implement HR policies
- Support engagement initiatives and ensure HR compliance

Requirements:

- Fresher or candidates with up to 6 months of HR experience (including internship experience)
