1. Recruitment

· Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate and project/site requirements. · Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical, non-technical, and site-based positions.

· Coordinate with department heads to fulfill manpower requirements.

· Issue offer letters and complete onboarding formalities.

· Maintain recruitment records and hiring reports.

HR Operations

· Manage employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfer, and exit processes. · Maintain employee personnel files and HR documentation.

· Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee data.

· Prepare HR letters, certificates, and employment-related documentation.

· Support employee engagement and grievance handling.

1. Compliance

· Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory regulations for construction projects. · Coordinate compliance related to PF, ESI, Qualified Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, Bonus, Gratuity, and Contract Labour requirements.

· Ensure compliance with the Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, Building and Other Construction Workers (BOCW) Act, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act, Payment of Bonus Act, Payment of Gratuity Act, Equal Remuneration provisions, and other applicable labor laws.

· Support internal and external compliance audits.

· Maintain contractor and employee documentation in accordance with company policies.

- · Visit Sites for Compliance documents submission for Audit purpose on monthly basis
