We are hiring an HR Business Partner for one of India's fastest-grow ingasset management companies, operating across mutual funds, PMS and A

IF.The business has scaled sharply on both AUM and headcount, and the

HRfunction is being built out to match that pa ce.

This is a build role, not a maintenance role. You will own the

HRBPagenda for your business unit end to end - partnering business lea derson people decisions while simultaneously strengthening the proces ses,policies and MIS that HR itself runs on.

ILL OWN

- Act as trusted advisor to business heads on org design

, talentdecisions and peo ple risk- Own the full employee lifecycle for your unit - onb oarding,engagement, performance, retentio n, exits- Lead the productivity agenda: manpower planning, span of control,cost per employee, and productivity metrics tied to busines s output- Drive the Compensation & Benefits agenda for your unit - ann ual compcycles, benchmarking, incentive and variable pay desi gn, bandcorrections, offer str ucturing- Build and institutionalise HR processes, policies and MIS for thesupport f unctions- Partner Talent Acquisition on senior hiring - scoping,



cali bration ,closing- Manage performance management cycles, calibration discuss ions andPIP fr ameworks- Use data to influence: dashboards on attrition, cost, prod uctivityand en gagement

WHAT WE ARE L

OOKING FOR

- 6-12 years in HR, with at least 3-4 years in a true HR

BP capacity- Strong grounding in Compensation & Advantages - you must ha ve RUN compcycles, not only sup ported them- Someone who speaks the language of both HR and business, and enjoysb oth equally- Comfortable in an unstructured, high-growth setup where pr ocesses arestill being built- High ownership, direct communication, and the ability t o hold yourground with senior busin ess leaders- MBA / PGDM in HR; premier institut e preferred

Preferred industry background: Capital markets, AMC / m utual funds,wealth management, broki ng or banks.
