? What you'll do:

- Drive technical & functional hiring
- Build scalable HR policies & processes
- Manage employee engagement & relations
- Provide HR Advice to senior management, people managers and teams on HR matters

? Qualifications Required:

- Preferred experience of 5+ years as HRBP / HR Generalist, preferably in manufacturing, engineering,



or technology
- Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, employee relations, performance management & labor laws
- HRMS expertise - Keka HR is preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation & stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
