We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Assistant to support the Human Resources department in day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR documentation.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in posting job vacancies on job portals and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in employee onboarding and induction processes.
- Maintain candidate and employee records.
Employee Engagement
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Support employee communication initiatives.
- Help maintain a positive workplace environment.
Compliance & Documentation
- Assist in maintaining statutory and compliance-related documents.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information.
- Support HR policies and procedures implementation.
General Support
- Provide administrative support to the HR team.
- Handle employee queries and direct them appropriately.
- Assist in various HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Commerce, or a related field.
